need to develop a more nuanced understanding of white supremacy
feel stuck in your anti-racist practice
are open to coaching and being vulnerable so that you can heal and grow
are longing to take action aligned with your anti-racist beliefs
are open to and comfortable trying meditation and embodiment practices even if they're new to you

a proxy for being in deep relationship with BIPOC
for folks who are not willing to journal, share, reflect, dig deep and feel deeply

Lisa Jiménez is CEO and Founder of OLAS Equity and Belonging Strategists. Her specialty is supporting the operationalization of diversity, equity, belonging, and justice via customized services from inception to implementation.
Jen Nguyen is the CEO and Founder of Evolve Coaching & Consulting. She specializes in the deep work of unlearning social conditioning to discover & lead from our true humanity.
