I believe the best version of the world starts with the best version of you!
Hi, I'm Jen
I identify as a cisgender, white, middle-aged, mom, wife, and coach, and - I am so much more than can be captured in a paragraph, on a page, or on a website - as are you! As we get to know each other, you'll find that I have a big heart and that I pride myself on being nerdy. In my free time, you can find me practicing mindfulness, on a walk in nature, reading, enjoying a delicious meal with my husband and friends, or uncovering what is next for me as a new "empty nester."
My Practice
As a coach, my approach is rooted in emotional depth, healing, and a deep commitment to authenticity. I partner with leaders who are facing pivotal moments—whether managing a crisis, transitioning roles, healing racial tensions within their teams, or leading from their core values. I hold the highest standards of confidentiality and am both strategic and empathetic - creating the psychologically safe space that leaders are craving. My commitment to equity and justice is embedded in all aspects of my coaching, guiding leaders to address identity, power, and privilege in their decision-making, leadership practices, and ways of being.

My Education
I love learning - it keeps me on my edge and helps me feel engaged, connected, and inspired. I have pursued many certifications and degrees and am honored to receive mentorship from amazing coaches, healers, and activists. I also maintain my credential with the International Coaching Federations, which means I am held to a code of ethics and on-going development and supervision.
Giving Back
Historically, the transformative power of coaching has been limited to those who could afford it themselves or who worked in organizations with large enough budgets to pay for it. To disrupt this, I hold space on my caseload for "no bono" coaching, pro bono coaching, and offer a sliding scale for individuals and organizations. I also volunteer with the California Conference for Women and was a volunteer coach for first responders during the COVID pandemic.
