I created the video and workbook linked above so you can get a sense of what it's like to work with me.   The video is just under ten minutes, and the workbook will likely take another ten, so find a comfortable space when you have 15 - 20 minutes to carve out for your own development and practice. 

 

As for my newsletter, I began writing it as an outgrowth of my own inner work around building anti-racist practices and the 1:1 and group coaching I facilitate for others to build/deepen their anti-racist practices.  Presently I have not committed to a particular regularity, but I might as I continue to develop and as my newsletter list grows.
