What is Transformational Coaching?
Transformational coaching changes how you see and experience the world. Rather than operating from a reactive place, you learn strategies to bring yourself into alignment with your core values, which transforms how you live and lead. It is oriented around how you show up and around your ways of being which then opens possibility and impacts what you do. You can expect to come away with a much deeper sense of knowing and a deeper ability to exact meaningful, sustained change.
When do we meet and what does it cost?
Clients make a six month commitment for three 60 minute coaching sessions per month (on zoom or the phone). This allows us to build a level of trust and depth for meaningful exploration and growth. After the six months, clients can choose to continue on a monthly basis.
I offer a sliding scale so that coaching is accessible for a range of clients. Individuals are folks who are paying out-of-pocket and have a lower fee so that coaching is accessible to those who work in fields where coaching is not affordable. I ask clients to choose the amount that feels like the right investment within the following ranges:
