have read books about anti-racism and feel ready for deeper work
are seeking a community of progressive white women committed to anti-racism
need to develop a more nuanced understanding of white supremacy
have a basic understanding of racism and oppression in the United States
are open to coaching and being vulnerable so that you can heal and grow
feel stuck in your anti-racist practice
This cohort is not...
a proxy for being in deep relationship with BIPOC
for folks who are not willing to journal, share, reflect, dig deep and feel deeply
a lecture where I bestow knowledge
a space where we speak for folks of color

Learn to metabolize big, negative emotions in a healthy and productive way
Become confident speaking about oppression, race and racism
Become part of a deep, caring community of women identified folks where you will be supported and held accountable
Develop a nuanced ability to name, explain, and address aspects of white conditioning, white supremacy culture, and patriarchy
Develop a foundational embodiment practice necessary for anti-racist work
Develop skills to consciously choose anti-racist thoughts, behaviors, and ways of being
